Madame Ma's Doggie Daycare & Grooming

Madame Ma’s was so quick to confirm my appointment to deshed my Bonnie after the public holiday. Bonnie looks amazing after her deshed and the ladies at reception were so accomodating when I said that Bonnie doesn’t like smaller dogs. I was expecting to pay an arm an leg but it was so affordable and we will definitely be back!

This was the worst experience. My shaggy puppy, went from being a shaggy puppy, to a shaved puppy. Instructions were given that he is to remain shaggy, that he just needs a groom, a bit taken off the length, now my puppy has come home shaved. How does a shaggy dog, one that we love just the way he is, come home shaved. This is beyond disappointing. My beautiful border collie pup now looks absolutely ridiculous.

A huge thank you to Jasmine at Madame Ma's for always being so personable, friendly and considerate. My dog comes home from grooming each time immaculately and very clean! Jasmine greets us beautifully and I always know my pup is in very capable hands. Thanks again!

We cannot recommend enough. Our little rescue puppy Milly just had her first day at Madame Ma’s Doggy Daycare and by the looks of the video, she was living her best life. The staff are amazing, friendly and genuinely love dogs. Thank you for caring for Milly, she can’t wait to come again.

Ive only had bad experiences with this place.1, accepted a booking that isnt available so ive wasted my time bringing my dog and had to drive back home, being late to work etc2, grooming wasnt done but got a call to pick my dog up. Trimming his hair wasnt done for sure, nails werent cut and when i rang to question, they said he wasnt compliant. I mean, at least tell me - finding out it wasnt done without any explanation was pathetic, and other grooming places had no problem cutting his nails.3, my dogs toe was covered in blood, i get injury may happen but again, maybe let the owner know?4, staffs were poorly mannered overall, whenever i had issues, they had attitudes of “idgaf” and its even more upsetting.5, lost collar with all the tags on, told us we brought our dog without his collar on - as if! (I even had a video of my dog going in with collar and leash on)One of the staff ended up bringing it at night time of that day. But just admit that u lost it, maybe don’t argue with ur customers for something ridiculous.

They do a amazing hair cut on my little boo boos. He's very happy and chilled when I pick him up. Staff are so friendly and it's all ways clean and so inviting.

I have my dog groomed here and it's always been a good experience. My dog looks lovely and happy when I pick him up. Easy to book with an online booking system.

Madame Ma’s provide the best service. Lily and Buddy jump in the car as soon as we say we’re going to daycare

Our girl Minnie absolutely loved coming in for her first haircut! We were super happy with the result and really appreciated the extra care the staff took while Minnie waited to be picked up.
